Tim Millar – Decisive Leadership

Tim Millar, FIMC CMC

Tim is a past co-owner and global CEO of Cashflow Manager: an accounting software SAAS provider that has sold over 400,000 units to small business owners world-wide, both in PC and on the Cloud.

Cashflow Manager has offices in Australia & UK.

He has also worked as a management consultant since 1994 and has served as Chairman of United Nations NGO the International Council of Management Consultants (ICMCI) from 2013-2015. He served three terms on the ICMCI Board from 2009-2018. He has served as National President of the Australian Instutute of Management Consultants in 2004 – 2006 and 2009- 2010 and has been inducted as a Fellow of his institute having served as a management consultant for 26 years.

Prior to starting his consulting practice, Tim was the General Manager (Head of School) of Enterprise Development Incorporated. The organisation is responsible for the Enterprise Workshop program, which trains and equips MicroSMEs/startups to develop an entrepreneurial approach to business growth through a well established program of innovation and business planning.

The Enterprise Workshop has merged into the New Venture Institute, the innovation and commercialisation arm of Flinders Univeristy in Adelaide, South Australia. Tim has lectured and built training programs extensively in the area of business and business management, including financial accounting, strategic planning, electronic commerce, innovation, project management and marketing.

He is a Certified Management Consultant and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants Australia since 1999. He is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors and has studied Law, Commerce, Business and Engineering.
